Grillz

Once you have made your purchase, we will ship you a mold kit. Once you receive it, follow the detailed instructions, we will provide to create your mold. We will then provide a QR code to ship it back to us via Royal Mail 24 hour service. 

Upon receiving the mold kit, we will inspect your mold. If it is acceptable, we will put the mold into production. If the molds are not usable, we will contact you to let you know that you will need to repurchase the mold kit. The mold is the most important part of this process, so please follow the instructions provided carefully.

Production of your grillz generally takes 3-7days. Please contact us for any personalised item requests. 

Returns

We do not accept returns on customised items. We cannot accept any returns/refunds for ANY grillz, due to all grillz being completely custom we cannot accept refunds and instead sets will be remade or reshaped depending from case to case exchanges can be made and occasionally compensation will be given depending the case.

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have only after a conversation with one of our team, once the return is accepted, we can switch your order for another set of grillz, due to all sets of grillz being completely custom we take each case case by case. 

We have a 24 hour return policy for impression kits only, which means you have 24 hours after ordering your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused.

The same goes for customised name/ jewellery. We strive for customer satisfaction so will make any changes necessary if it doesn’t match your request and requirements.
