Returns Policy for Damilola Jewellery
At Damilola Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request&return a return for a refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us through our social media channels or via email at damilolajewellery@gmail.com.
Return Shipping and Fees
Returns are at your own expense.
A fee of £4 will be deducted from your order total to cover postage and packaging.
Items returned without prior request or after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit voucher, valid for 6 months.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and rectify it. If the item is damaged and you prefer a return without an exchange, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please Note: Earrings are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Customised items (including grillz, name necklaces, and 'create your own flag' jewellery)
Exchanges
For a faster exchange process, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method (minus the £4 fee if the item is not damaged). Please note that refunds are processed every Saturday, so consider this in your expectations. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Customised Items
We do not accept returns on customised items. All grillz are completely custom and are non-refundable; however, we can remake or reshape them on a case-by-case basis, with potential compensation depending on the situation.
Important: Tarnishing or discolouration resulting from chemical exposure, perfumes, bleaching, heat, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Please refer to our jewellery care instructions for optimal maintenance of your items.
Warranty
All stainless steel and precious metal pieces come with a 1-year tarnish-free warranty.
