If the molds are not usable, we will contact you to let you know that you will need to repurchase the mold kit. The mold is the most important part of this process, so please follow the instructions provided carefully.
Production of your grillz generally takes 3-7days. Please contact us for any personalised item requests.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days. There after, usually delivered within 1-3 days in the U.K. All orders come with free UK standard shipping.
For the rest of the world, the usual shipping time is 5-10 days with standard shipping which costs £7. If you spend £45+, then it is completely free.
